For example, Majora’s Mask, a standout element of the cosplay, featured all the iconic parts of the original design from the game, including its vibrant coloration and many spikes. Beyond the mask, the cosplay featured clothing items that reflected the look of the possessed character equally well, and the composition of the pictures made the design almost look like it came from a video game.

Painting the mask was difficult, with apophisreaper saying it required “lots of love and patience” to achieve the look they were trying to achieve.
