Though the Whalebone Glider did not appear in the originalWrath of the Lich King, it doesappear in theDragonflightalphaas the flight path mount for the various tuskarr villages around the Dragon Isles.
Though the Whalebone Glider is not confirmed to be the mount for the Deluxe edition ofWrath of the Lich King Classic, evidence suggests it will be. If it is, players can expect the tuskarr-themed mount to receive a higher-resolution version for RetailWorld of WarcraftinDragonflight, possibly via the tuskarr’s Renown progression. Either way, players will find out if this mount will beavailable inWrath of the Lich King Classicsoon, as pre-purchasing could go live alongside the Pre-Patch on the 30th.
Many players are excited about the prospect of the Whalebone Glider inWrath of the Lich King Classic. The tuskarr have been well-liked since they appeared inWarcraft 3, and their prominence inWrath of the Lich Kingis remembered fondly.
