Summary

AValheimplayer has shared images of a unique house that resembles a taco. Since the game was released,Valheimfans have shared numerous creations, but this base could be among the most unique.

During its early access phase,Valheimhas evolved through regular updates. Among the additions are new biomes, weapons, tools, weapon fragments, a magic system, and a Creative mode. Part of the addition of the Mistlands featured new resources like Black Granite, Black Marble, and Yggdrasil Wood. These fresh materials enabled long-time players to implement a Mistlands aesthetic into their bases. While many players progress through the Black Forest, Swamp, Mountain, and Plains, some maintain Meadows bases rather than making new dwellings in the other areas. One gamer has shared their Meadows base, which was made to resemble a taco.

Reddit user Imaginary-Leopard527 recently shared six images of theirValheimtaco base, highlighting it from inside and out. The base is primarily made of typicalValheimhouse building materialslike Wood, Thatch, Cooking Stations, and Campfires. These Campfires create smoke that flows up both sides of the taco base, making it look steamy. What appears to be a hard taco shell is composed of Wood Walls, while Wood Beams are used to highlight the curves. The top view of the taco base shows Thatch Roof which is used to resemble toppings that can be found on tacos, notably lettuce or shredded cheese. The screenshot captured at nighttime spotlights the uncanny resemblance to a taco that the base has when the finer details are less noticeable.

What’s Inside the Taco Base?

DespiteValheimhaving numerous types of meat that can be cooked and placed, this taco base appears to be vegetarian. A front view of the structure shows that there’s an opening on either side, leaving plenty of room for more items resembling toppings. The hexagonal-shaped entryways also provide a glimpse at its inner workings, with a spiral staircase leading to a layer that’s obscured by the Thatch Roof from all other angles. Going beyond highlighting the exterior, the Reddit user showcases the second floor which consists ofaValheimWorkbench, three beds, three Sconces, and what appears to be a cartography table. Two openings above the beds may prevent smoke from filling the room despite most of it pouring out either side of the structure. Given the symmetry of the rest of the building, it’s likely that the opposite side also includes the air vents.

Despite countless players sharingimpressive builds like aValheimbakery, castles, and more, this taco implements a level of artistic expression. Given that many tacos include more than one topping, the idea may be expanded upon in the future.
