7Try Multiple Heroes
Withfive heroes availableto choose from at the start, players have their pick of which class of fighter they want to experiment with. However, they have the option to create up to ten different character slots and should take advantage of this. Instead of gravitating toward their favorite character type, they should experiment with multiple, if not all, available characters.
Doing this will give them the opportunity to see which one works out best for them. Each character has distinct skills and abilities that make them unique. By creating multiple character slots, players can switch between the different heroes, leveling them up, until they find the best fit for their playstyle.
6Understand The Stats
The player’s stats can be found under the Info tab in the Inventory menu. There are four pages that break down all the information about the player’s stats. The first page is the generaloverview of the stats, including information, such as DPS, how much Mana and Energy the character has, and what their Defense (Survival) is. The second page details all their stats per skills equipped.

The third page is all the stats information related to Life, Survival, and Resistance. The final page details the information that doesn’t fit any other category. Knowing where to find these details is essential when players find themselves in a bind, struggling to make it through levels. They canevaluate their statsand see where they are lacking. By making some adjustments to things like armor and equipped skills, they can improve their hero’s chance of survival.
5Don’t Stand Still
This is one of those games where players cannot afford to stand still. They will be killed by one enemy or another if they don’t keep moving. In many situations, they need to attack while moving away from the enemy to prevent taking significant damage.
This is the case withmany boss fightsas they deal significantly more damage than those lesser enemies. Regardless of whether the player chooses a melee or ranged fighter, they will need to learn how to balance movement with attack to ensure they get out of harm’s way after a successful strike.
4Make Adjustments To Skills
When players first start the game, they’ll have access to two skills. Many opt for one offensive and one defensive to balance attack with survivability. While they are limited at the beginning, many more skills will unlock through natural progression of the game.
Additionally, players can augment their skills through the use of adjustments. These adjustments modify the skill slightly. For instance, one adjustment may take a projectile skill and turn it into three projectiles. The result may be slightly less damaging but will hit multiple enemies instead of just one. Players must remember that as adjustments unlock, they are not automatic and must be applied through the menu.
3Try To Move Away Before Healing
Each character has healing abilities, butthey require Mana. Because of this, players will want to ensure they don’t go to waste. Healing in the middle of battle could result in the replenished health getting immediately wasted. The problem with this is that Mana takes time to replenish, preventing another healing right away.

To prevent this from happening, players should try to move away from the fray before applying healing. While this isn’t always possible, especially when the situation is life or death, it is a best practice to keep the battle going longer.
2Take It Slow
Players should rush from one screen to the next. The enemies in this game don’t come along by themselves. Even though they may feel their hero is up to the challenge, rushing in will likely get them crushed.
Moving slowly will allow them to assess the situation and prevent them from getting surrounded. Additionally, this prevents missing enemies and loot. Players who rush from one area to another miss key items and fail to clear areas.
1Carefully Evaluate The Talent Tree
Talents provide stat increases, so players will want to carefully decide which way they willbuild their talent tree. Each tree has branching parts, so players will need to choose which direction they want to go with their points. They’ll need to continue down the path with the stat points they want to achieve.
Points can be reset and reallocated if players decide they don’t like how they have set up their trees. There are three different panels on the Talent screen that unlock at various levels of progression through the game. Players will have the opportunity to fully customize their hero’s Talents as they level up. However, they must remember to use their points as they acquire them.
