The latest update forThe Finalsis live and in a newblog post from Embark Studios, players got a taste of all the new changes. Largely made up of balance changes, Update 1.5 forThe Finalstweaks nearly every aspect of the game from character abilities, gadgets, and even game modes. Weapons like the Flamethrower, LH1, and M60 had their damage boosted, while the SH1900 shotgun was nerfed slightly. Bugs related to inspection animations were fixed across the board, as well as others related to audio and maps.
The Finals Solo Bank It Mode
Alongside the major update, Embark Studios has also added in the first limited time game mode forThe Finals, place a unique twist on thefamiliar Bank It activity. Known as Solo Bank It, this game mode breaks apart the teams and instead features 12 solo players battling each other to be the first individual person to capture and deposit 40,000 into a cash-out station. Embark hasn’t revealed an end date for this game mode, but the studio is interested in hearing feedback on it to continue making improvements down the road.
