The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrimis a land filled with magic. Whether imbuing artifacts with formidable abilities or training the destructive capabilities of fire, frost, and shock spells, players have a wide range of miraculous powers at their fingertips. One ofSkyrim’s less prominent arcane arts, however, is the alchemical craft of potions and poisons which, far from being taught at one of the many prestigious magical institutions of Tamriel, is instead reserved for lowly shopkeeps and peasants.
The mundanity of this particular aptitude, which involves scouring the natural landscape for rare ingredients, sits in contrast to established magical learnings found atthe College of Winterholdand the Arcane University. Nevertheless, this reality doesn’t make Alchemy any less of an intricate art than the schools of Magicka, as demonstrated by user originalworgor2352’s creation on the r/skyrim subreddit.

In a post, originalworgor2352 shows off a tiny alchemy table made of clay, akin to those found in the apothecaries of Skyrim. The creator has managed to capture the minute detail of the table, including the vibrant green alembics dripping mysterious fluids into the center of the table’s geometric impressions. Along with the table, originalworgor2352 has created an ink pot, a notepad, a quill, and a number ofhealth and magicka potions, all of which can be seen on the table in one ofSkyrim’s loading screens.
Truly going above and beyond with their creation, originalworgor2352 has also modeled a poison bottle and a mortar and pestle to sit on the shelf. Fans can also spot some frost and void salts, as well as an array of mushrooms, a scroll, some Chaurus and spider eggs, and even a giant’s toe, all of which players can find inSkyrimto become a master alchemist.
What makes this build most impressive, beyond the sheer attention to detail, is that originalworgor2352 created the piece using only “air-drying clay, acrylic paints and some cheap wooden clay tools,” explaining that they’re fairly new to modeling community. In a separate post on r/miniatures, they’re keen to show off an adorable model of their black and white cat curled up into a ball.
In response to the impressive alchemy table build, user OkOutlandishness6550 compliments the creation, suggesting they buildSkyrim’s enchanting tablenext. Originalworgor2352 is enthusiastic about the idea, writing that they “definitely want to do [that].” With such visually-stunning pieces already under their belt, another build requiring some immaculate detailing shouldn’t be beyond their scope. Fans can only look forward to seeing what else originalworgor2352 comes out with next.
