Since there are over 100 Requests to cover inPokemon Legends: Arceus, it’s only natural that some requirements would be more difficult than others. Most Requests involve fetching items/materials for crafting recipes or completing a Pokemon’s Pokedex entry. Others such asRequest 35: Battling with Pachirisumay take more than a few tries if players aren’t sure what to do.
WhilePokemon Legends: Arceus' Requests vary in difficulty, they’re not impossible to complete. Some may take longer than others, but those that do are usually linked to a Legendary Pokemon. Unfortunately, Request 35 doesn’t involve Legendaries, but it’s one Request that can help players complete a few research tasks for Pachirisu and Ursaring.

How to Complete Request 35
This Request takes place in theCrimson Mirelands, which means players will need to have wrapped upthe Story Mission for the Obsidian Fieldlands. To get the Request toappear, Pachirisu needs to be caught. Pachirisu can be found in themorningin theCottonsedge Prairie. However, there’s anAlphaPachirisu to thefar southof theMirelands Camp.
Once Pachirisu has been caught, return to Jubilife Villageand accept Request 35 posted onLaventon’s board. This requires players to gobackto the Crimson Mirelands, and speak to the quest-giver, Ren, who’s standing with a Pachirisuoutside the Mirelands Camp.
Request 35 involves defeating alevel 30 Ursaringwith Pachirisu. It says to defeat with “Only Pachirisu,” meaningthe only Pokemon in the party is Pachirisu.
This does not mean ONE Pachirisu. Players cancatch more than oneand have it in rotation before taking on Ursaring. As long as the party has “only Pachirisu,” players can complete Ren’s Request. Once the Pachirisu team has been put together, speak to Ren to start the battle.
While most Pachirisu in the Crimson Mirelands are level 30, the Alpha Pachirisu is level 40. Therefore, it’s not a bad idea to catch the Alpha and send it out against Ursaring.
As a Normal-type, Ursaring is not weak to any of Pachirisu’s moves, but it can knock out non-Alpha Pachirisu if players aren’t careful. The best way to complete the Request is by sending out Alpha Pachirisu and usingmoves that generate STAB. Ursaring’s Defense and Special Defense is pretty low, but its Attack is high, meaning it can 1HKO a level 30 Pachirisu if one of its moves lands a critical.
In the case players do not have the Alpha Pachirisu, they should bring more than one Pachirisu to the fight in case Ursaring knocks one out. It’s also not necessary to level up any of the Pachirisu before battle - especially with a team of Pachirisu.
Once completed, Ren will give3 Sitrus Berriesand1 Grit Gravelas a reward.
