One of the most difficult challenges is the challenge of completing 50 excellent throws whengoing after Pokemon. Here’s how to make it a little easier.
In order to have a Pokeball throw be counted as an excellent throw, players must throw their Pokeball while the target circle on the capture screen is at its smallest or close to it. The Pokeball must also go through that circle as well.
Luckily for players, the throw is still counted as an excellent throw for challenges even if the Pokemon escapes from the Pokeball. This can allow for multiple throws to be put toward the challenge within one encounter.
One way to make it easier to get excellent throws on any Pokemon is touse a Nanab Berryon them, as this makes them more likely to stay still. This allows for players to put more time into carefully preparing their throws.
Another way to make excellent throws easier isn’t something that players can necessarily influence. However, encounters with Pokemon that are closer to the player’s screen are generallyeasier to make excellent throwstoward. This is due to the target circle being generally larger perspective-wise. One of these Pokemon is the dual grass and ice-type, Snover.
If players find a Pokemon that they can make easier excellent throws toward, players shouldn’t use great balls or ultra balls. Instead, players should take advantage of all excellent throws counting and use normal Pokeballs, so that the encounter isn’t cut short via the Pokemon being captured.
Players should note that the reward for completing 50 excellent throws during this challenge is 10 ultra balls. Unless players want the completion goal of aflying Pikachu encounterfor the event as a whole, this challenge may just prove to be a bit too stressful for most casual players.
