One Pokemon that trainers can catch inBrilliant DiamondandShining Pearlis Lickitung. Until the creation of Lickilicky in Generation 4, Lickitung was incapable of evolving. To get Lickilicky, Lickitung needs to know a certain move and then level up once. Lickitung may not be a trainer’s first choice in Normal-type Pokemon, but evolving it is just a small step in completing the Pokedex.
Where to Find Lickitung
Players can get the Explorer Kit in Eterna City to access the Grand Underground. As they gain more gym badges, more Pokemon will start spawning in the hideaways - including Lickitung. It is arare spawnand can be caught as low aslevel 16.Once players beat the Elite Four, Lickitung will occasionally spawn inSwarmsaround Sinnoh at Lake Valor. A Lickitung caught during a Swarm will have a 40% chance of appearing and be aroundlevel 34-36.
Since Swarms are random and are only accessible in the postgame, the quickest and easiest way to get Lickitung is in the Grand Underground.

If Lickitung isn’t there, exit the hideaway and then go back in.
Evolving Licktung into Lickilicky
Once Lickitung is caught, the next step is to evolve it. At level 6, Lickitung learns the Rock-type move, Rollout. Since it’s likely Lickitung may not have Rollout upon capture, players may need togive a Heart Scale to the Move Tutorin Pastoria City. Heart Scales can be dug up in the Grand Underground or found by using the Dowsing Machine around Sinnoh.
As long as Lickitung has Rollout as one of its four moves, it will evolve into Lickilickyupon leveling up once. Either level it up in battle or feed it a Rare Candy. In short, this is what players will need to do:
