For example, those with the Hedonist trait can heavily flirt with Eva. If Andreas has been making a move on Eva instead of helping Otto court her, at the end of the chapter, Otto will be mad at Andreas and say he’s glad the artist is going away. Players can also easily lose the Abbey’s favor in the future if their decisions go against the Church’s interest. For example, if Andreas testified against Prior Ferenc and got him executed atthe end ofPentiment’sfirst chapter, he won’t be welcomed in the Abbey in the next act. Other than that, if players told Otilia that the Abbey is scamming her off her land (only doable with Law knowledge), Father Gernot will also be angry and refuse to welcome Andreas in the future.

To attend the Spinning Bee inPentiment, wait until Clara or Eva mentioned the event at Johan’s place. Afterward, visit Johan’s farm in the morning or the afternoon and talk to the man.Remember that mealtime doesn’t work as Andreas has to look for someone to dine with instead.
The Spinning Bee willtake the entire morningor afternoon, so keep that in mind before going to the event. Players will lose precious investigation time if they choose to hang out with the townswomen.
Five ladies are spinning the wool in this scene; Eva, Clara, Veronica, Heddy, and Kat. Other than that, Johan, Ursula, and Otto are also there. There’s not much significance in attending the Spinning Bee for the first act since there’s no clue to get here. However, Andreas can get some juicy gossip from the lady.
