The latest event that has been announced is the anniversary celebration which will celebrate the long shelf-life of the title. Since the announcement of the event, theOverwatchTwitter account has been teasing content and has now revealed an incredible new skin for Zenyatta.
The team-based shooter has a large character selection andOverwatchhas continued to build this roster with the addition of Echo. Many players thought that this additional character would be the last significant update to the game as a sequel looms. Yet the developer, Blizzard, has surprised players with the anniversary event which brings a lot of new content to the game.

TheOverwatchTwitter showcased a short video of Huitzilopochtli Zenyatta and it illustrates an Aztec inspired look which is radically different from Zenyatta’s usual appearance. Nonetheless, fans seem very impressed with this colorful skin and many players will be keen to obtain it. The response to the new skin has been very positive and they can expect more skins to be revealed soon.The dragon based skin for Mercyalso caused a great deal of fanfare and it will be interesting to see if the next batch of skins can generate a similar amount of excitement. It is clear from the first handful of skin reveals is that players will be reassessing their favorite characters, at least in terms of visuals.
The game has plenty of features and it has managed to bring a lot to the title of its impressive five-year lifespan.
