Updated July 22, 2025, by Christine Mendoza: As Shigaraki and the League Of Villains, newly rebranded as theParanormal Liberation Front, continue their grueling endeavor against the pro-heroes, certain membersfinally get their chance to shinewhile others take a backseat. It’s only natural that by season six, some villains rise while others fall in the ranks of strength as both Izuku and Shigaraki begin to change up the battlefield with their newly awakened quirks. A few new entries and updates to existing entries have been added to keep things up to date; for any fans that want to know which villains they should fear the most!
11Spinner (Shuichi Iguchi)
Spinner isn’t just a mere background character, he’s also got his own assets that he brings to the table.Spinner’s Gecko quirkis a mutant-type quirk and allows him to stick to walls and other sheer surfaces. In combat, this grants him incredible mobility that allows him to evade and confuse his enemies. Spinner (real name Shuichi Iguchi) has previously showcased his fighting prowess during the Vanguard Action Squad Invasion as he was able to match pro-hero Mandalay in battle. However, while it’s been noted that his Gecko quirk isn’t particularly strong on its own, it’s Iguchi’s personal resolve that makes him powerful in his own right.
Spinner is headstrong and knowswhat he believes in and fights forand has even confronted the rest of the League Of Villains when they began to lose their vision and motivation.
10Magne
Sometimes strength doesn’t lie within pure muscle power alone but instead can lie within force and impact. Magne has the powerful ability to magnetize a person’s entire body, forcing them whichever way she pleased due to her Magnetism quirk. Although unable to magnetize herself, she can send opponents flying, repelling each other as she pleased with the help of her massive magnet she uses as a weapon to complement her quirk’s power.
Her magnetism is based on gender, having opposites attract and same genders repel. Magne can manipulate these magnetic forces to pack a punch, send opponents flying into nearby buildings or obstacles, or even help her teammates retreat when needed. This power, in addition toher exceptional physical strength, makes her a tough opponent to deal with.
9Mr. Compress (Atsihiro Sako)
Mr. Compress has definitely played his part throughout the series thus far, but it is in season six that he truly began to shine. Mr. Compress played a bit of a background character until the big Paranormal Liberation War, where it was imperative that every member of theLeague/Paranormal Liberation Frontdo their part and fight the battle. Until this point, Mr. Compress used his Compress quirk mainly to retreat injured members of his own team or transport victims that the League intended to kidnap. Occasionally, he will transport weapons or other items that he could use against his opponents.
However, it is during season six that Mr. Compress showcased his grit, as he showed that his Compress ability can be controlled so carefully/intricately that he can even compress very specific parts of his body, as he did in order to escape Best Jeanist, maiming himself in the process. Mr. Compress had never truly been in the heat of the battle until this moment, where he proved himself to be just as determined to fight for their cause as leader Shigaraki himself.
8Himiko Toga
Toga may seem unsuspecting at first, but her newly awakened quirk makes her a very real threat to take seriously. So far, Toga’s quirk, Transform, may have been limited to infiltration or any other spy-related missions, but as of season five, she’s added an entirely new level of abilities to her dossier.

While still in its early stages, Toga’s quirk has proved that it is indeed capable of mimicking the quirk of the individual she has transformed into. This newfound ability sets Toga’s threat level much higher than when she was simply involved in infiltration missions. Toga’s wellon her way to becoming much more powerful, and fans are eager to see how she’ll show off her new power in the next season.
7All For One
In a world where everyone (well, almost everyone) is blessed or burdened with a unique quirk, All For One is the greediest enemy to have.This SS-Rank villainhas the ability to steal quirks and redistribute them at his will. However, in his current state, All For One has naturally fallen down the ranks of strength.
It’s clear that All For One is eager to completely overtake Shigaraki as a means to live through him, as his current body is in shambles and has sustained a ton of damage from his last battle with All Might. All For One is powerful in the sense that he still holds many other quirks and can use them as bargaining chips when trying to recruit others to help him achieve his goals. However, in terms of his own raw strength, it is clear that his light is slowly fading, making Shigaraki his one last hope to fulfill his dream of finally stealing One For All and completely rewriting the world run by pro-heroes.
6Muscular (Gojo Imasuji)
Of all the heroes,Deku, in particular, knowsexactly how strong of a threat Muscular is. Muscular’s “muscle augmentation” quirk is the definition of raw strength. Muscular has the unique ability to manipulate and strengthen his own muscle fibers, even going as far as making them appear on the outside of his skin. Not having a flashy quirk with the aid of fire or any other elements doesn’t stop him from displaying extraordinary levels of power.
His muscle fibers have the ability to lift off his body, allowing him to trap his opponent’s limbs and restrain them, leaving them defenseless. The ability to manipulate his muscle fibers allows him to not only display enhanced strength but also incredible levels of defense as well when fortified.
5Dabi (Toya Todoroki)
Dabi’s quirk, Blueflame, allows him to use powerful fire that can quickly scare off any opponent. Not only can Dabi generate these flames, but he has also displayed incredible control over his quirk as well. His quirk allows him to easily attack and defend himself with both short-range and long-range moves.

Dabi’s quirk allows him to enhance all his physical attacks, reinforcing any kicks or punches with scorching hot blue flames to add insult to injury. Not only is Dabi strong enough to leave his opponents covered in bruises, but he can vaporize them with the help of his quirk as well.
If Dabi’s strength wasn’t already a force to reckon with, by season six,Dabi reveals himself as a Todoroki; Endeavor’s estranged/long-lost son, Toya, whom Shoto and the others thought to be dead. His blue flames burn even hotter than Endeavor’s, yet his body has no resistance to it (not that this stops him from using it full force). During the Paranormal Liberation War, Dabi finally got the chance to flaunt the true power of his Blueflame by mimicking his father’s signature move, Flashfire Fist.
4The Nomu (Collectively)
The Nomu are a key part of the League Of Villains and their overall firepower. A single Nomu even had the power to give All Might himself a challenge. The Nomu are essentially zombies, a corpse brought back to life and injected with as many quirks as they can possibly hold. Multiple quirks mean enhanced strength on their own, but these reanimated humans are also heavily modified on top of this.
Multiplevariations of Nomuhave been seen throughout the series so far, with the next even stronger and deadlier than the last; with new quirks, these Nomu find new ways to one-up their hero enemies.
3Twice (Jin Bubaigawara)
Twice is the living personification of the saying, “Two heads are better than one”. Twice’s Double quirk allows him to create clones of anything he pleases, living or not. With the help of the League of Villains' intel team to help him acquire the information he needs to enable his duplication quirk, Twice has the potential to take down some of the strongest heroes.
Twice not only can create clones of living beings but also can allow the duplicate to mimic the individual’s quirk as well.As of the fifth season, Twice has gotten over the personal trauma he had that stopped him from creating clones of himself. Not only can Twice make doubles of himself but with the awakening of his Sad Man’s Paradise super move, where he creates an endless mob of clones, Twice now has unleashed an army of incredible power.
However, it was his immense power that forced the undercover pro-hero Hawks to take Twice out once and for all. The mere fact that Hawks decided to kill Twice instead of simply capturing him speaks volumes about how terrifying of a threat Twice could have been had he stayed on the villain’s side for longer.
2Gigantomachia
When it comes to raw strength, size definitely matters. Gigantomachiahas an edge over a handful of heroessolely based on his towering stature. As if that weren’t enough on its own, Gigantomachia also has been manufactured to hold multiple quirks, just like his Nomu comrades.

Gigantomachia has displayed increased superhuman levels of strength, incredible endurance due to his hardened skin, and even the ability to grow claws to add possible lacerations to the already brutal beating he can inflict on multiple enemies at once. The mighty beast was so clearly unmatched in power that during the Paranormal Liberation War, the only way the pro-heroes could subdue him was by tranquilizing him first!
