Bugs and glitches are not unusual in Activision’s popular first-person shooter franchiseCall of Duty. Sometimes those issues are detrimental to players taking on their foes, such as abug discovered this month that made C4 unable to activateinCall of Duty: Warzone. However, they can also do the opposite, as another C4 bug turnsWarzoneplayers into incredibly potent killing machines.

Reddit user DarkOcf uploaded a video montage of themselves performing a “broken trick” they’ve been “hiding” for four in-game seasons to the r/CODWarzone subreddit today. By attaching C4 to the front of any vehicle other than a helicopter inCall of Duty: Warzone, players can drive into a crowd or another vehicle and blow themselves up without taking any damage. The vehicle is also not damaged, so players can get out to collect loot and move on soon thereafter.

Warzone players using C4 attached to their vehicles toblow up enemy vehicles, similar to oldBattlefieldtricks, is not a new phenomenon. What makes the trick shown off by DarkOcf different is that “no one expects you to blow yourself up when you are by yourself.” As far as the player is aware, this trick will not save any passengers in a vehicle, just its driver.

Similar tricks have also been performed byblowing up vehicles using a claymore inCall of Duty: Warzone, but according to DarkOcf the invincible explosion they’ve shown off won’t work with a claymore, as that will no longer plant on any vehicle. They assume the claymore was patched, and that C4 will also be patched once their glitch makes the rounds. They recommend players enjoy it while they can during Season 6.

The battle royaleWarzonecontinues to grow its playerbase in spite of its bugs and glitches, especially given developers Infinity Ward and Raven Software add new content over time. One big plan forWarzoneSeason 6 is to add a series of subway stopsthat will act similar to a fast travel system between major locales around the map.

That growing playerbase has come with its fair share of issues. Activision was recently accused of breaching its players data, and though the company denied these rumors there have beensigns that Activision is increasing its account securityforCall of Dutyplayers. While this concern is being sorted out, it’s likely issues such asWarzone’s bugs will continue to pop up over time.

Call of Duty: Warzoneis available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
