There have been plenty ofgreat survival games with crafting mechanicsover the past decade or so, but few have managed to make quite as big an impression asEnshrouded. The game’s early access release was able to generate a ridiculous amount of hype, helping the developers to sell hundreds of thousands of copies in a very short space of time.
As is often the case with early access games, though,Enshroudedhas its fair share of glitches and exploits, one of which allows players to farm Legendary weapons and equipment to get their hands on an infinite supply of Runes. Players can perform this exploit very early on in the game too, allowing for the perfect start.
In order to be able to take advantage of this exploit, players will first need tounlock the glider inEnshrouded.
How to Farm Legendary Weapons in Enshrouded
Pretty much every chest inEnshroudedwill respawn when players first boot up the game on a private server, making it very easy for players to farm weapons and gear. One such chest can be found very close to the location ofthe player’s first base, meaning that players can begin farming powerful weapons and equipment pretty much right from the get-go. To do so, they should make their way to the spot shown in the image above (or the video embedded at the top of the page) and then use the glider to head down to the small structure poking out of the shroud just to the northeast.
Rather than landing on the top of this structure, players should aim for the hidden entrance on its southern side, through which they’ll find a chest. After claiming what’s inside, players should return to the main menu and then jump straight back into a private game to respawn the chest, allowing them to repeat the exploit over and over again. Depending on loading times, players can expect to get a new item every forty seconds or so, making this one of the best ways to farm weapons inEnshrouded. Returning to your base every now and again to retrigger the Rested status can help to further speed up this process.
Enshrouded Infinite Runes Glitch
Players will need Runes to upgrade equipment inEnshrouded, making them a highly sought-after commodity in-game. They can be hard to come by at first, although with the help of the aforementioned exploit, players can get their hands on an endless supply of Runes pretty easily. To do so, they’ll simply need to farm a bunch of weapons and then choose the Salvage option after selecting them from within the inventory menu. The number of Runes salvaged will range from 9 (Common) to 205 (Legendary), making this the best way for players to farm Runes inEnshrouded.
