Honkai: Star Railhas revealed the final new character being added to the game with the upcoming Version 1.5 update, the four-star character Hanya. Over the past week, HoYoverse has been slowly rolling out its reveals for the newest set of characters planned to come to the game later this year. Both Huohuo andArgenti will be joining the sci-fi RPG’s rosterin the November update as Wind Abundance and Physical Erudition characters, respectively. Now, the developer is teasing the game’s newest four-star unit coming during Version 1.5.
WhileHonkai: Star Rail’s newest five-star characters are often the highlights of the game’s updates, each new version of the game has also introduced a four-star unit. Version 1.3 saw the release of Quantum healer Lynx, the younger sibling of pre-existing characters Gepard and Serval. Version 1.4’s launch in early October will also bring a new four-star character to the game with the launch of Guinaifen, a street performer from the Xianzhou Luofu. Now,Star Rail’s next four-star character brings another member of the Luofu’s “Ten-Lords Commission.”

The newest update shared toHonkai: Star Rail’s social media accounts reveals Hanya as Version 1.5’s final featured character. Hanya is introduced as a judge within the Ten-Lords Commission with a focus on interrogation, using an “Oracle Brush” to “read the karma and sins of criminals.” The post also reveals Hanya to be the sister ofanother rumored character in Xueyi, who has already appeared in a minor supporting role during Dan Heng’s quests in the Xianzhou Luofu. The post does not confirm whether Hanya will debut during Version 1.5’s first or second gacha banner.
Alongside detailing her backstory, Hanya’s reveal post also confirms her element and Path withinHonkai: Star Rail. Hanya will debut as a Physical element character in the Harmony Path, suggesting she will play asupportive role inStar Rail’s rosterfocused on buffs. Hanya will serve as the second Physical-focused support character, with the element already boasting an Abundance-class healer with Version 1.0 four-star character Natasha. Version 1.5 ofHonkai: Star Railis expected to release on November 22.
Hanya’s launch in Version 1.5 alongside Huohuo and Argenti comes following a patch filled with plenty of exciting updates for fans.Honkai: Star Rail’s Version 1.4 is expected to introduce three characters to the game, including the fan-favorite character Jingliu as well as fellow five-star character Topaz. The update is also heavily rumored to be addingHonkai: Star Rail’s first character skin,reportedly for starter character March 7th. Version 1.4’s Special Program on Friday will bring plenty of news about what players can expect from the sci-fi RPG’s next update.
