Posted to Reddit by aGrand Theft Autofan, YouTuber Burning Wrenches recreated the ramp buggy fromGrand Theft Auto Online, an odd looking car that was introduced as part of the “Import/Export” free update, released in 2016. The short video on Reddit shows the expertly crafted ramp buggy emerging from a garage, before heading straight into an unfortunate car and flipping it over, showing the real-life buggy has the same flipping potential as its in-game counterpart.
Some commenters initially thought that the ramp buggy was actually a car seen in theFast and Furiousfranchise, though fans were quick to shut down those discussions, claiming that the two cars were “dramatically different” and that the car in Burning Wrenches' video was indeed the ramp buggy feaured inGrand Theft Auto Online. Other commenters took a more comedic approach in their response to the video, crafting theories of what videogame item may appear in real-life next. One commenter said they “can’t wait until they add diamonds from Minecraft into real life.”
Grand Theft Auto Onlinemay be over eight years old at this point, yet the game seems still to be very much alive, with a recently released"Contract" expansionto prove that.
