Not only does it add new mechanics to the game, but it also has awesome free items that reward those that play it and progress through the event’s quests. It’s free to play, so anyone can get their hands on them and add them to their locker. The more they play, the more rewards they’ll be able to unlock. To unlock theSolid Skull back bling, players will have to collectCold Blooded Medallions, and this guide will explain how to do just that.
How To Get Cold Blooded Medallions
During the Most Wanted event, players can unlock all sorts of rewards as they finish quests and receive Infamy. The Most Wanted rewards page is similar to a smaller version of theBattle Pass, and Infamy works just likeBattle Stars- players need it to get more rewards. And, players that want to unlock the rewards faster, don’t have enough time tocomplete the event’s quests, or simply don’t want to can purchase tiers for 150 V-Bucks each. However, there is actually another reward that cannot be obtained with Infamy.
The Solid Skull back bling is a bonus goal reward for collecting five Cold Blooded Medallions, this is the only want that it can be obtained.

Cold Blooded Medallions are the gold serpent medallions awarded to those that complete seven quests of a particular quest set. Every two days that the event is live, a new set of Most Wanted quests is released, such as the Intel & Recon quests or the Going In Loud quests. In orderto get the five required Cold Blooded Medallions to receive the Solid Skull back bling, players have to finish seven quests part of five different quest sets adding up to a total of 35 Most Wanted quests.
Fortniteplayers can play the enjoy the Most Wanted event until downtime for v23.50 starts February 28. Once the update is released, the event will officially be over and gamers will no longer be able totake part in vault heists, play with the new exotic weapons, or claim any Infamy rewards.
