Squanch Games released a new trailer to announce the surprise-launch ofHigh on Lifeon PS4 and PS5. The trailer gives fans an overview of the first-person shooter action they can expect from the game, and wraps by showing off its all-star voice cast. The trailer provides an extensivelist ofHigh on Lifevoice talent, but it does stop short of mentioning Justin Roiland, who voices key characters in the game.
Roiland was charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment, though the charges were ultimately dropped due to “insufficient evidence.” Even so, various other individuals accused Roiland of inappropriate behavior after the charges came to light, prompting Roiland to be removed fromRick and MortyandSolar Opposites. Roiland resigned from Squanch Games around the same time this happened. It’s no surprise that Roiland wasn’t mentioned in the trailer in light of this, though it will definitely be interesting to see how Squanch Games moves forward considering its identity is tied to Roiland and Roiland’s sense of humor in such a significant way.
