FromSoftware recently launched patch 1.08 forElden Ring, which brought a slew of bug fixes, balance adjustments, and a brand new PvP mode called Colosseums. The developer has added Colosseums in Limgrave, Leyndell, and Caelid, where players can battle against each other to see who’s the most skilled and intuitive. Besides the aforementioned additions,Elden Ring1.08 introduced new hairstylesand similar cosmetic items, allowing fans to be more creative with their characters. One fan has taken it a step further and made a renowned personality from a 90s anime and manga calledSailor Moon.

Reddit user heavy_tempest uploaded an image on the social media platform showing theirElden Ringavatar in a photo collage. Surprisingly, their character looks highly inspired by the titular character of the popular anime seriesSailor Moon. The collage has three pictures, one of Sailor Moon for reference, and the other two of theirElden Ringavatar from different angles. The most eye-catching characteristic of Sailor Moon is her blonde hair, which is styled into two ponytails, one on each side. Heavy_tempest has neatly replicated this feature in theirElden Ringcharacter.
Notably, the recent patch added the ponytail hairstyle and has been widely appreciated byElden Ringfans. Another gamer used the aforementioned hairstyle not long ago to makeHarley Quinn inElden Ring. Many new styles were added in the latest update, including the anime-inspired hairstyle that resembles Dante’s hair from theDevil May Cryseries. Heavy_tempest’s creation joins the club of numerousElden Ringplayer characters that are inspired by iconic anime figures.
ForElden Ringfans who don’t know, Sailor Moon is the titular character from the anime of the same name. She is a schoolgirl named Usagi Tsukino who gains magical powers and transforms into Sailor Moon, a guardian soldier who must save the Earth from dangerous evils. She later assembles a team called the Sailor Guardians, who fight villains to protect the Earth and the Solar System. It will be interesting to see how heavy_tempest’s Sailor Moon faces the challenges in the perilous world ofElden Ring.
