In the case of Japanese YouTuber イヨくんの【あつ森アイランド】, they did the wholeChainsaw Manopening credits in the game. They made avatars fashioned after the anime’s main characters, Denji (in human and Chainsaw Devil form), Makima, Aki, Power, and Pochita. In one scene, they used an oversized Isabelle to play a devil. They also recreated the locations featured in the minute-long opening. To top it off, they used the opening song “KICK BACK” by Kenshi Yonezu.

It’s been two years sinceAnimal Crossing: New Horizonscame out, but the game seems to be going strong. Players could still find something new to do and make in the game, resulting in some incredible island creations. The continued popularity has not gone in vain asAnimal Crossing: New Horizonsrecently dethronedPokemonas Japan’s best-selling game. With Nintendo consistently updating the game and adding new content, it might take a while before the hype would slow down.
