Summary

AMD Radeon RX 7600 XT could come with 10 GB and 12 GB VRAM options according to a new EEC filing. The expected GPU popped up in the news last year but hasn’t seen much traction ever since. The EEC filing suggests that the RX 7600 XT exists and is moving closer to launch. As of now, AMD has not shared any information about the RX 7600 XT but is on the heels of its newly released RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT cards.

Earlier this year, AMD released the Radeon RX 7600 GPU which is its entry-level RDNA 3-based graphics card. It sat at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the RX 7900 XT and 7900 XTX with a lot of empty spots in the middle. These slots are being slowly filled, and the companyrecently unveiled the Radeon RX 7700 XT and 7800 XT cards. This is giving Team Red fans more mid-tier options to compete with Nvidia’s RTX 4060 and RTX 4070 series of graphics cards.

Now, it looks like AMD and its partners are moving closer to the launch of another low to mid-tier offering, the Radeon RX 7600 XT. As the name suggests, it will be an upgraded version of the RX 7600. The upcoming GPU has reportedlyappeared in an EEC filingunder the PowerColor brand. Four models have been listed including RX7600XT 12G-L/OC, RX7600XT 12G-F, RX7600XT 10G-L/OC, and RX7600XT 10G-F. These are said to be part of the company’s ‘Fighter’ and ‘Hellhound’ models.

The listing hints at two VRAM models for the RX 7600 XT – 10 GB and 12 GB. Considering there is not much difference in the VRAM of the two models, it would be interesting to see what internal changes AMD has made to set them apart. The company has not shared any details on the speculated graphics card, so it is hard to tell whether the Radeon RX 7600 XT is using the Navi 33 die (like the RX 7600) or the Navi 32 die (like the new Radeon RX 7700 XT and RX 7800 XT).

Gigabyte Radeon RX 7600 Gaming OC

The Gigabyte Radeon RX 7600 Gaming OC is a triple-fan dual-slot graphics card that brings Gigabyte’s effective WINDFORCE cooling technology. It has three 80mm fans with alternate spinning that work alongside the five composite copper heat pipes that directly touch the GPU. The GPU uses the highest-grade metal chokes, 2oz copper PCB, lower ESR solid capacitors, and lower RDS(on) MOSFETs, among other features.

Another interesting listing was for the Radeon RX 6750 GRE, another graphics card that has been rumored to be added to the lineup. Contrary to what was believed, this GPU has been listed with 12 GB VRAM instead of 10 GB. This GRE variantfollows the Radeon RX 7900 GREthat was released in China initially, and then globally through system integrators.

It should be noted that AMD has not shared any information on the RX 7600 XT or the RX 6750 GRE, but it is looking to fill the gaps in its RDNA 3 GPU lineup. There is no release date for these cards, and pricing is also a mystery. The Radeon RX 7600 launched as the company’s cheapest RDNA 3 offering at $269. This suggests the RX 7600 XT could be priced at $299 which is the same as the launch price for the RTX 4060 with 8 GB VRAM.
